Every day of the week, Monday through Sunday, is ruled by a planet. In fact, the etymology of the name for each day of the week is inspired by the planets of Hellenistic astrology, and we can see their roots in the Romance languages and their Latin roots. For example, the French word for Tuesday is Mardi, or Mars Day. The Spanish word for Wednesday is Miércoles, or Mercury Day.
And so, each day carries with it the energy of the planet that rules it — and tapping into that energy can be powerful. Using Planetary Days to build a schedule is one of my favorite applications of astrology. It's a gateway into practical magic and a simple, sustainable path to harmony and alignment. As above, so below. When we live in concert with the cosmic rhythms, beauty unfolds.
In this 2-hour workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of Planetary Days and how you can apply this knowledge to your own life and your own chart. We'll discuss the planetary rulers of each day, what they signify, and how you leverage them to wield your energy wisely each day. You'll leave with simple, actionable tips for connecting to the planets throughout the week — and a free template for building your own personalized schedule based on your natal chart.
The first hour will be spent on the fundamentals of planetary days, so you have a deep understanding of the unique energies of each day. The second hour will be spent on application — I'll do three live mini readings and then give you a framework to design your own schedule. Three attendees will be randomly selected to receive a live mini reading on the call, so if you'd like to be eligible, please include your birth details when registering!
Please Note: Although it's helpful to know the sign and house of your natal Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn, it's not crucial. We'll explore the general energies of each planet and its corresponding day.
